Participants will be recruited from the EU and the Baltic Sea region countries. Decision-makers, water-related institutions, river managers, and protected areas managers with practical experience in applying for strict protection, River University participants, nature conservation authorities, experts responsible for monitoring and other relevant experts are welcome!
